Q. How long does shipping take.
Shipping takes 5-21 BUSINESS days NOT including weekends & orders are not sent out on Holidays or on weekends. (10-25 BUSINESS days during high volume times meaning if you placed an order on a SALE) if this is an issue please DO NOT ORDER. Once order is shipped that’s when you will receive tracking number. if you didn’t receive tracking that means order not shipped Please check spam folder and/or search inbox (We are taking extra precautions with Covid-19) Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. Once you place an order on www.royalbeautysonline.com you will receive a confirmation email with an order # stating your order has been received. If not email you entered may have been entered wrong at checkout And unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about a wrong email simply look above get familiar with our shipping process & times & understand ALL orders are shipped out before that shipping time ends AGAIN if you have entered the wrong email next time please slow down and double check your information we are unable to update change or remove email addresses. If you want to confirm your order, you can do so by your bank records
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
No Exchanges ONLY returns are acceptable for any damaged product ONLY. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at ROYALBEAUTYS702@GMAIL.com, with a picture of damaged items & picture of label for proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products no exceptions
Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We suggest getting a PO Box to prevent that. YOU would also need to file a claim with your local post office or call USPS for further assistance on this matter.
Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
We are sorry to inform, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted but if you notice it same day you place & BEFORE your order is shipped a $9 Address change fee is needed to go into system & manually correct. Does not matter if you forgot ex apt # or one letter it is ALL apart of your address. If not order will go to address you listed and if returned, you will be refunded within 30 days

Once your order is returned to us the sender, you can pay $11 Reship Fee to reship your returned order. If not we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost if we can’t resend

For returned items its $9 to reship order to you or you will be refunded within 30 days minus shipping fee

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented in a pic for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing, Wrong and damaged items.
